Beetroot and cremezola cheese salad

I once saw Lorraine Pascale make a salad similar to this and you know me, I just had to try and replicate it myself.

I of course could not stand the smell of blue cheese by itself so I opted rather for a cremezola cheese which is just soo delicious.

Ingredients:

1 x pack ready made salad mix.

1 x pack beetroot cubes.

1 x block of cremezola cheese.

Chopped walnuts.

Balsamic vinegar salad dressing.

Method:

Rinse and place your salad mix in a bowl.

Spread the cubed beetroot over the leaves.

Break the cremezola up with your hands and sprinkle it over the top.

Sprinkle the walnuts over the top.

Finally drizzle the salad dressing over the top and toss.
