Malaysian pudding

Ingredients:

  • 250ml x Fresh cream, whipped lightly till almoststiff
  • 1 tin x Nestle dessert cream
  • 1kg x smooth or fruit strawberry yoghurt
  • 2 medium tins fruit cocktail (keep syrup of onetin and drain the other)

Method:

  • Mix the whipped cream and the yoghurt.
  • Add the dessert cream and mix well.
  • Add the tins of fruit cocktail as well as the syrup of one of the tins.
  • Mix well, till everything is combined.
  • Pop into the fridge to set over night.
  • Just before serving, pipe some fancy cream decorations on the top.
