Ingredients:
- 250ml x Fresh cream, whipped lightly till almoststiff
- 1 tin x Nestle dessert cream
- 1kg x smooth or fruit strawberry yoghurt
- 2 medium tins fruit cocktail (keep syrup of onetin and drain the other)
Method:
- Mix the whipped cream and the yoghurt.
- Add the dessert cream and mix well.
- Add the tins of fruit cocktail as well as the syrup of one of the tins.
- Mix well, till everything is combined.
- Pop into the fridge to set over night.
- Just before serving, pipe some fancy cream decorations on the top.
