I am currently going through this craze, where every shopping trip, I literally fill the basket with all the mince in the store just so that I can try every possible burger recipe combination there is out there.
This week’s shopping trip resulted in a burger combination of beef and lamb mince with mint leaves.
The combination was delicious and the burgers was so flavourfull.

Ingredients:
500g x lamb mince.
500g x beef mince.
1 x onion, finely chopped.
Generous seasoning of salt and pepper.
Juice of 1 lemon.
1 x egg.
A bunch of fresh mint, chopped.
1 x tbsp. ginger and garlic paste.
1 x tbsp. garam masala.
1 x tbsp. dhania powder.
1 x tsbps jeera powder.
1 x heaped tsp. chilli powder.
½ x tsp tumeric powder.
2 x habanera chillies, chopped.
Method:
Add everything to a bowl, knead with your hands so that everything is mixed together.
Break off pieces and fill your burger press.
Fry immediately or store between wax paper discs and pop into the freezer.
