Quick shells and cheese

Who doesn’t love a bowl of warm comfort carbs, loaded with cheese???

I certainly do… I could pasta every day of my life in every form, shape and size.

After a month of not cooking a proper meal, I decided to get back into the game with this dish.

It was super easy to make and super quick.

The cheese sauce was the best part of this dish. The original dish just wanted melted cheese in milk but the longer the pot was on the stove bubbling away the water it seemed to draw.

So I changed it up a bit and it was a hit.

My mother loved this dish. It went down a bit hard where my dad was concerned. He is not really a pasta eater more a meat or curry eater but pasta is like the last thing he would eat.

He hasn’t even eaten two minutes noodles. I tried making him eat it once and once the noodles got cold and started sticking together he refused to eat it and he gave up on noodles all together.
