Come every 1st January and everyone whips out these elbow long new year resolutions only for you to give up on them half way through January when reality sinks in that 24 hours in a day is a short time to want to life like a saint hit the gym daily while still having a life and getting 8 hours of beauty sleep in a night. NOT POSSIBLE…Been there done that, have the dirty room to proof that.
So instead of new year resolutions I opted for a happier more colourful and cheerful approach to my diet. I opted to rather try to eat more colourful food and to try everything once, I can’t say I don’t like something, if I never tried that something out… what do you say???Even the cucumber was smiling… that must be a good sign.
Last year some time I can across an article in Cosmo… not sure why I even have this book in my possession… but nevertheless I came across an article showing you healthy breakfast options and in my opinion colourful.
I tried out a couple… I mean I couldn’t exactly try out the libido booster breakfast… I would be suffering in silence all day long.
I loved the energy booster… maybe because it had nutella on, I think I ate this one the most… I didn’t even attempt the nut butter and apple slices one… I really should try that and see how it tastes… keep watching this space for an update on that one.
